Our Penis Enlargement Program: What Is It?
The Pollock Clinics penis enlargement program includes either:
- Dermal penis fillers using a proprietary technique and hybrid dermal filler formulation. It offers a natural feeling and appealing result that can last up to 2 years. We can also use dermal penis fillers to augment the penis head or glans penis. When combined with Grotox as an add-on treatment, the penis may appear longer in the flaccid state due to less retraction.
- Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections with our penis pump program. PRP treatments with penis pumping can encourage stronger erections and may contribute to an increase in penile length.
You can also select a combination of dermal fillers and PRP, which promotes penis enhancement from the “inside” and the “outside” – for those who wish to fully maximize all available non-invasive options to augment your penis size.

Our biodegradable dermal penis filler injections consist of hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxylapatite or both. We use these fillers to enhance the thickness (girth) of the erect and flaccid penis. Our patients love that results can be seen immediately.

At Pollock Clinics, we typically use two small injection sites with a microcannula. This is safer than performing multiple sharp needle injections, and causes much less trauma.

In the shaft, the filler is injected deeper using our proprietary technique for a firmer, smoother, more natural result.

Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) for Enlargement and Stronger Erections
Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments can improve a man’s overall sexual performance. They promote the regeneration of penile nerves and blood vessels by releasing growth factors such as insulin growth factor (IGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF).
This can result in stronger erections, and potentially increase penis length, especially when used in combination with penis pumping.
Think of penis pumping as a penis workout: by stretching out the tissues in the penis, you add capacity for the penis to increase its filling capacity. Penis pumps can work on their own, but they work better in combination with the healing growth factors found in PRP.

The PRP Process
The PRP procedure involves harvesting and reinjecting one’s own platelets. We send the growth factors found naturally in your blood straight into your penis.
The treatment is a virtually painless procedure. Except for a slight pinch with the initial freezing, you should not feel any pain with the PRP injections.
You will need to perform penis pumping exercises for at least 6 weeks to achieve a penis size gain. Think of this combination program as a penis workout on steroids.
If you cannot participate in this regimen, this may not be a good option for you, and you should consider dermal penis fillers instead.
Combination of Dermal Fillers and PRP
While some patients choose to have either PRP only or dermal penis filler only, some men choose to have both to maximize regenerative therapy in combination with dermal penis filler placement into the penis.
This provides treatment from both the “inside out” and from the “outside-in” and offers the maximum strategy for penis enhancement and rejuvenation.
One of the advantages of PRP and penis pumping is that there is a potential for some mild length gains although the results are very individual and never guaranteed.
With dermal penis filler, the weight of the filler can also create a scaffolding effect to further enhance the length, predominantly for “shrinkers” (men who have a retraction of their penis when flaccid).
In addition to potential penis augmentation, men who have PRP often report stronger erections and greater sensitivity and feel they have “rejuvenated” their penis.
Typically, we will only proceed with filler treatment after 6 weeks of penis pumping and PRP, as pumping is not recommended once the filler has been placed in the penis.
Enhancement Add-On Options
- Grotox (Penile Botox Neuromodulation) – Men who are “growers” or experience penile retraction, we can treat this with Botox. After treatment, the resting flaccid penis is more decidedly exterior, giving it the appearance of an increased flaccid penis length. Some men may require pre-treatment with Grotox before penis enlargement if they experience severe shrinkage.
- Scrotox (Scrotal Botox) – For men who wish to smooth out wrinkles in the scrotum or desire lower hanging testicles or eliminate sweating, Scrotox is a treatment you may wish to consider. Men who have Scrotox report a greater bulge and allow testicles to be more easily manipulated or stimulated. Some partners enjoy the pendular swing of the relaxed scrotum slapping against them.

What if I live out of town?
Our clinics are based in Vancouver and New Westminster, Canada. We routinely receive requests for consultation from men by Zoom or telehealth. The initial consult may be done in advance for all out-of-town clients.
Depending on your treatment plan and which treatments you wish to have, the procedure is then performed in under an hour in our lower mainland clinics.

Am I a good candidate for enlargement therapy?

What kind of filler will I get?
We use a proprietary blend of filler that consists of either hyaluronic acid, calcium hydroxylapatite, or a blend of both. In most cases, these fillers are dissolvable, and the procedure is reversible.
How much filler will I need and when will I see results?
There is significant variation from patient to patient. The amount of girth gained depends on the length of the penis and the amount of filler injected. A shorter penis will require less filler, and conversely, a longer penis will require more filler.
The safest and most effective approach is to add girth cumulatively, in manageable steps and with repeat visits, rather than an ‘all in one go’ approach. As the recovery time is quite short, it is not a major inconvenience to have a small amount of additional filler on a subsequent visit should that be desired.
Patients can see results instantly.
How long do penile fillers last?
The duration of the results varies from one to two years. Patients will need to repeat the treatment again (usually with less filler) to maintain their increased penis size. Supplementation of collagen has been thought to promote longer longevity of fillers and may be considered in your nutritional regimen.
How long will the treatment take?
The procedure can take less than an hour door to door. You can leave the clinic by driving yourself home.
How long is the recovery period?
Most of our penis enlargement patients return to work or school the next day. There may be some mild bruising that can last up to a week after the procedure. Sex and masturbation can be resumed after 2 weeks, but ideally, 4 weeks to prevent filler migration.
