Requesting a Bris

If you are interested in a bris for your son, please click the link below to download the bris book to review at your convenience.

To book a bris, you will need to print out the last three pages to provide registration information and give consent. When you have completed the last three pages, email them to [email protected].

Please note that there is a private donation to Dr. Pollock’s charitable foundation for this service.
