Neil Pollock, MD is the founder of Pollock Clinics and has over 25 years of clinical and research experience in vasectomy and circumcision.
He has developed and pioneered the Pollock Technique™ for circumcision. Numerous articles have been written about Dr. Pollock in local and national publications and he is an invited guest lecturer and surgical instructor at many hospitals and conferences in Vancouver and throughout the world, including Haiti, Turkey, China, Rwanda, and the US.
Dr. Pollock is a Clinical Instructor with the University of British Columbia Faculty of Medicine.
To date, Dr. Pollock has personally successfully carried out over 35,000 circumcisions and 25,000 vasectomies, making him one of the most experienced providers in the world today.
He enjoys teaching medical students and visiting physicians, who travel from around the world to Vancouver to work specifically with him to learn his unique and highly respected surgical techniques.
Over the years Dr. Pollock has also been asked by leading world authorities in disease prevention to teach his techniques and coordinate charitable humanitarian missions to countries in greatest need.
For example, in 2014 Dr. Pollock was asked by Dr. Klausner of UCLA Medical Center to teach the Pollock Technique™ for circumcision to surgeons in Haiti where it would be highly useful to reduce HIV transmission. This drew the attention of some of Hollywood’s biggest stars who came to visit Pollock while in Port-au-Prince.
He also coordinated an earlier mission to help the people of Rwanda in 2008 where he taught local surgeons his techniques ,which have since been in use saving thousands of lives.

Jack Chang, MD, is a graduate of Yale University and the University of British Columbia Medical School. After completing his postgraduate training in Prince George, BC, he started his career serving rural and remote communities in BC, Yukon, and Nunavut before joining Pollock Clinics in 2014.
Dr. Chang studied under some of the most renowned vasectomy physicians in North America. Along with Dr. Pollock they are among the most experienced providers in the world. Dr. Chang is a veteran of multiple No-Scalpel Vasectomy International (NSVI) medical missions, providing free vasectomies in developing countries such as Haiti, Kenya, and the Philippines to alleviate poverty through family planning. Dr. Chang also trains international physicians from around the world as part of the NSVI missions.
He performs circumcisions using both the Pollock Technique™ and the Shang Ring technique. Dr. Chang trained in China with the developers of the Shang Ring method and directed the licensing of the Shang Ring through Health Canada and performed the first case of Shang Ring circumcision in Canada. He continues to lead the introduction of this adult circumcision method in North America and is a Clinical Instructor at the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Chang is also the lead physician for penis enlargement and enhancement using dermal fillers as part of the Pollock Clinic’s men’s sexual health program.
Aaron Goldstein, MBBS has a background in men’s health and a variety of surgical procedures. He was founder and lead clinician at a vasectomy clinic in Cairns, Australia and was the first to bring cutting edge No Scalpel Vasectomy to the men in that region. He has performed thousands of No Scalpel Vasectomy procedures before joining Pollock Clinics in Greater Vancouver in 2022.
Dr. Goldstein has now trained to the highest standard under world leading experts Dr. Neil Pollock and Dr. Jack Chang at Pollock Clinics in British Columbia. He practices the Pollock Technique™ circumcision for all ages, as well as the Shang Ring circumcision method for men. Furthermore, he also offers vasectomy services and is experienced in men’s sexual health, providing testosterone replacement therapy and penile augmentation.
Dr. Goldstein is the lead physician of the Pollock T-Optimizer™ program, a clinically advanced method of testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). He offers an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to hormone replacement therapy that ensures each man receives a tailored treatment plan for his unique needs. He is eager to help men treat low testosterone in a safe and effective way.
Dr. Goldstein, alongside Dr. Chang, serves as the clinical co-lead for the education program responsible for training other physicians at Pollock Clinics in BC. He looks forward to offering his surgical knowledge to men and families at both clinic locations in Vancouver and New Westminster.
Dr. Nicole Tortora brings her unique skill set as a Naturopathic Physician to the Pollock Clinics team.
She graduated top of her class from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where she completed clinical rotations in community care settings as well as at the Boucher Medical Clinic. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, BC, where she was awarded the Gordon Shrum Entrance Scholarship and graduated with honors and distinction.
Dr. Tortora is the clinical lead of our aesthetics program. While she has worked extensively with world experts in hair restoration treatments and technology to bring a holistic and innovative approach to hair loss care in BC, she is also passionate about broader aesthetic medicine. Having completed advanced training in facial aesthetics, including PRP and neuromodulator treatments, she is excited to expand Pollock Clinics’ aesthetics program beyond scalp and beard restoration to offer a more comprehensive approach to rejuvenation and skin health.
She combines her enthusiasm for personalized, high-quality patient care, extensive administrative experience, and Naturopathic Medical training to develop and expand programs, offering patients cutting-edge treatments and comprehensive protocols.
Grace Ni, ND is a licensed Naturopathic Physician with a strong focus on evidence-informed, patient-centered care. She is dedicated to empowering patients through education and individualized treatment, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to make informed health decisions. She believes that trust between patient and practitioner is essential for a collaborative, team-based approach to healthcare.
Dr. Ni earned her Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University, where she competed as a member of the NCAA Div. 2 Varsity Swim Team, earning Most Valuable Player and All-American status. She went on to complete her Naturopathic Medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, gaining extensive experience in integrative and functional medicine.
At Pollock Clinics, Dr. Ni plays a key role in the aesthetics program, providing advanced treatments in hair restoration and neuromodulators. She also contributes to the holistic care of patients in the T-Optimizer™ and HCG programs, offering personalized treatment plans that align with their unique health goals.
Dr. Ni is passionate about helping people feel their best—whether by restoring confidence through aesthetics or optimizing health and vitality. She is committed to providing individualized, results-driven care and approaches each patient with curiosity and dedication. Paul Padda is a skilled Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in emergency and critical care, as well as a passion for patient-centered care. He holds a Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Nurse Practitioner from the University of British Columbia (UBC), where he graduated in 2020. Paul brings a wealth of experience from his years of practice in ER and critical care settings before joining Pollock Clinics.
In addition to his role at Pollock Clinics, Paul manages a full-time family practice in Richmond, BC, where he cares for a roster of over 1,000 patients. His broad experience enables him to provide comprehensive care tailored to the diverse needs of his patients.
At Pollock Clinics, Paul plays a key role in the T-Optimizer™ Testosterone Replacement Therapy program, working closely with Dr. Goldstein. He is a strong advocate of the program, emphasizing the importance of a personalized, safe, and evidence-based approach to hormone therapy. His dedication to patient outcomes has been instrumental in helping the T-Optimizer program grow and thrive.
Paul is also dedicated to mentoring and educating future healthcare providers. He has guided around a dozen students through their final practicums, including medical students, and has trained over 100 nurse practitioners and physicians in essential procedural skills, such as suturing and biopsy techniques. Paul shares his expertise at the annual Nurse Practitioner Conference in BC, where he has taught class sizes of up to 30 students, focusing on these critical skills.
Paul’s approach to patient care is rooted in a holistic and patient-centric philosophy. He believes in treating each patient as a whole, taking the time to understand their unique needs and tailoring care to ensure optimal outcomes.
