If, after reviewing our website, you have questions regarding the appropriateness of circumcision for your son or any questions regarding specific details of the process at our clinics, Dr. Pollock can provide telephone consultations for parents who wish to speak with him.

There is a small administrative fee for the provision of telephone advice as it is not covered by MSP.

The fee for babies younger than two months of age is $395.00 including all the aftercare supplies and taxes. As the baby’s age increases, the fee increases proportionately.

Before visiting Pollock Clinics please print out and bring this Circumcision Information Package in with you to Pollock Clinics. The first page is a registration form which you should fill out at home and present to the staff when you arrive at the clinic. The second page is a consent form which you should sign and then present to the staff once you are confident and satisfied that the staff at the Pollock Clinics have explained everything to you and answered all your questions.

Please print off and bring the CIRCUMCISION INFORMATION PACKAGE to the office with you on the day of your appointment so that you can refer to it when the staff review the instructions with you.
